COVID-19 policy and risk assessments 

Following government guidance on Staying safe in the work place, we have Introduced COVID-19 Workplace rules; 

Keep a safe distance of 2 meters where possible from work colleagues. 
Wash hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds. 
If our employees have been supplied with or requested PPE equipment, they must wear it all times in the workplace. 
If our employees feel unwell at any point, they must report this to their supervisor/manager asap. 
If our employees feel unwell* before they come to work, they have been requested to contact their line manager prior to their shift starting. 
If they feel anybody in the workplace is not complying with the workplace rules and they feel unsafe they must report this to their manager/supervisor as soon as possible. 
*Unwell being a cough, temperature or loss of taste or smell*

What is Fogging and Decontamination? 

It's a procedure used for infection control outbreaks such as COVID19/Sars-Cov-2 by reducing the number of viable pathogens, but dispersing a fine mist (Mirco-Droplets) of proven chemicals that conform with BS EN14476 – BS EN 1276, BS 14476:2013 AND A2 2019 Annex A. 
 
Our carefully selected chemicals are non-toxic, non-irritating, non-hazardous, and environmentally friendly. They're effective against but not limited to MRSA, Salmonella, E.Coli, Influenza virus and all Coronavirus (EG MERS, SARS-Cov, SARS-Cov-2). They are also safe to use in food preparation areas. 
 
Our Professional Decontamination machines provide a quick, efficient and a highly effective sanitising solution, reaching heights of 8-10 meters, where those difficult areas are not easily accessible, with up to 1500Ms covered in up to 10 minutes.

Solution 1 Based on 1500Ms space 

Timing required 2-3 hours including cleaning preparation and fogging. 
The area is to remain closed off to all personnel and public for at least 45-60 minutes for the fine mist to settle.  
Benefits: Areas are completely sanitised, with 99.9% of bacteria destroyed at the time of fogging. 
Recommendation: If the space is used regularly with a high consistency of use in the area, we would recommend fogging and decontamination every 14-21 days to reduce transmission of COVID-19 and other Antiviral Bacteria. 

Solution 2 Based on 1500Ms space 

Timing required 2-3 hours including cleaning preparation and fogging. 
The area is to remain closed o to all personnel and public for at least 45-60 minutes for the fine mist to settle. 
Benefits: Areas are completely sanitised, with 99.9% of bacteria destroyed at the time of fogging within 60 seconds. Treated surfaces are left actively resistant to the formation of biofilms, for up to 30 days. **This is not a guarantee but has been proven** 
Recommendation: If the space is used regularly, we would recommend fogging and decontamination every 14-21 days.

All staff are fully trained COVID-19 cleaning specialists, the staff will be provided and fully kitted with the recommeded and approved PPE during the Decontamiation process inclusive of protective suits, gloves, eye protection, breathing respirators, face masks and also a small spray bottle for small surface cleaning.
